Says Naomi, “There are those who would say that SaaS isn’t for you—you’re too big, you’re too complicated, it’ll never be able to adapt to what you need. And that’s just wrong. Vendors of great SaaS have configuration capabilities that go way beyond what you even have begun to imagine.” But, she advises, “Don’t go nuts—don’t configure your way into a hole.” Learn more:
