How does your company embrace change? David Bernstein, chief accounting officer and controller at Airbnb, a company that’s gone through incredible growth in recent years, provided a great answer at Workday Rising: “It starts with people.” Hiring and retaining the best, and having a “mission of belonging,” are key to Airbnb’s success, he says.
