Last week, Workday was rated highest in HRMS vendor satisfaction and user experience in the Sierra-Cedar 2016-2017 HR Systems Survey White Paper, 19th Edition.

We’re honored by the results of this survey, which Sierra-Cedar calls the “longest running, most widely distributed, and most highly participative research effort in the HR industry.”

The report’s authors write:

“The top four vendor solutions that received the highest overall User Experience scores are built on single-platform architectures and continue this year to have higher overall adoption levels in Medium and Small organizations. When asked which factors had the greatest impact on an organization’s Vendor Satisfaction rating, 66% of them stated that Poor User Experience was a major influence in their rating. The connection between an organization’s User Experience and Vendor Satisfaction cannot be denied.”

We are heartened that our technology approach and decision to build Workday as a single platform from the beginning has resulted in satisfied customers.
