Mental health conditions are a disease—just like diabetes or cancer—and approximately one in five individuals experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. Mental health issues do not discriminate and can affect anyone. In this video, six panelists share their experiences around mental health in the workplace. They also share ways to give support, whether it’s lending an empathetic ear or getting involved with organizations like the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), One Mind, or Bring Change To Mind.
