Cognizant: Sales Partner of the Year (Asia Pacific)

Cognizant is awarded Workday’s 2025 Sales Partner of the Year (APAC). Cognizant's APAC team has demonstrated remarkable expertise in driving sales, consistently achieving the highest Annual Contract Value (ACV) in the region. A key factor in Cognizant's success has been their strategic and consistent development of a robust sales pipeline, which earned them the award. Their approach encompasses a broad reach, effectively engaging both new prospects and nurturing relationships within their existing customer base. Their proactive engagement in demand generation and co-selling activities with Workday has been instrumental in driving significant ACV contributions to both the pipeline and closed deals throughout FY25.

PwC: Sales Partner of the Year (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

PwC is Workday's 2025 Sales Partner of the Year (EMEA), recognized for their outstanding ACV performance, strategic support, and industry expertise. From actively participating in events like Elevate to providing on-the-ground expertise, PwC has consistently demonstrated their commitment to our mutual growth. A significant factor in PwC's success has been their pivotal role in advancing Workday Financials across the EMEA market. Their deep understanding of the financial landscape and their ability to articulate the value of Workday's solutions have helped us break through previous market ceilings, expanding our reach and impact.They've strategically leaned into industry plays, particularly within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), demonstrating a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Furthermore, PwC has been a critical partner in our Strategic Accounts program. Their expertise and collaboration have been instrumental in securing key deals, including the significant win with Bayer in the DACH region.

Workday’s 2025 Sales Partner of the Year (North America) is awarded to Deloitte. This award is given to the partner who demonstrates the highest sales success, measured by ACV. Deloitte has not only met but exceeded this benchmark, sourcing and closing the highest ACV in the North America region. Additionally, Deloitte has launched seven Industry Accelerators across four key industries that showcase innovation and a commitment to addressing unique business challenges and provide tailored solutions. Their dedication to customer success and their collaborative approach to partnership make them a truly invaluable asset to the Workday ecosystem.

Paradox is named Workday’s 2025 Partner of the Year: AI Excellence, an award honoring cutting-edge use of AI.
