General Manager, Talent Optimization
Read BioCristina Goldt is general manager, talent optimization. She previously served as vice president of HCM products at Workday where she was responsible for the design and delivery of Workday’s applications globally, including Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Learning.
Cristina joined Workday in 2010 and has held various leadership roles across the company in the sales, marketing, and product organizations. Most recently she served as the vice president of presales. Before joining Workday, Cristina worked in HCM solution consulting at PeopleSoft. She began her career as a consultant at Accenture.
Cristina holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Santa Clara University.
