Aashna Kircher
Aashna Kircher is general manager of talent products at Workday. She’s responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the Workday Talent Product suite, which includes Help, Journeys, Learning, Onboarding, Peakon, Recruiting, and Talent.
Aashna joined Workday in 2014, and has spent the last 10 years in numerous roles building enterprise products for some of the world’s largest companies. She has a deep passion for growing teams and delivering meaningful and enduring product experiences. Prior to Workday, Aashna spent time in educational consulting.
Aashna holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University.
