In her role, Inna is focused on hiring extraordinary people and through the use of data analytics, creating remarkable and connected employee experiences to nurture Workday’s culture and overall performance of the company.
Inna joined Workday in 2013 as an HR business partner and has held a number of HR leadership roles throughout her tenure. In her time at Workday, she’s been focused on helping the company scale from 2,500 to now over 18,000 Workmates while cultivating Workday’s culture in hyper growth. Prior to Workday, Inna held a variety of HR roles at different multinational organizations. Inna holds a master’s degree in human resources from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University.
