Read BioSheri Rhodes is chief customer officer at Workday where she oversees the company’s customer experience organization, which includes Professional Services, Education Services, Customer Success, and Workday Support. In this role, she leads the teams responsible for empowering all customers to reach their full potential with Workday through an unmatched end-to-end customer experience that helps ensure they realize the full value of their Workday solution.
Sheri joined Workday in 2019 as chief information officer (CIO) where she oversaw the company’s global information technology organization and held responsibility for the internal deployment of Workday products. Prior to joining Workday, Sheri served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Western Union where she was responsible for product engineering, security, and corporate technology. Preceding Western Union, she was CIO at Electronics for Imaging and also held various leadership roles at Symantec, Visa, Washington Mutual, and KPMG. Sheri has served on the board of directors for FormFactor, Inc. since December 2019.
Sheri holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University.
