Workday Recognized as a January 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises

Given this commitment to our customers, we’re excited to share that Workday has been recognized as a January 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises, a placement that is entirely based on customer sentiment and feedback.

As Gartner explains, “The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.” To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rating. 

According to Gartner, “This peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, is complementary to expert research and can play a key role in [the customer] buying process, as it focuses on direct peer experiences of implementing and operating a solution.”

Workday was also recognized as a leader for the fourth consecutive year in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises. The Magic Quadrant results were announced in September 2019.
