As Asia Pacific solidifies its role as a frontrunner in the global economy, the focus of C-Suite leaders and board members across the region is on transforming the customer experience. However, to truly enable innovation and growth, leaders at the highest levels must recognise that it’s just as critical to transform the employee experience.
In today’s workplace where we have up to four generations side-by-side, the quality of the employee experience has a direct effect on the bottom line.
In support of this, Workday is establishing an APAC International Advisory Board (IAB) to help senior business decision-makers understand the critical role the employee experience plays in creating organisations that are ready for the future of work.
The Workday APAC IAB will feature highly experienced, external senior executives from across Asia Pacific, who will provide insights into their respective industries, share experiences and expertise and help guide Workday’s APAC strategy. They will also act as mentors and advisors to the Workday APAC leadership.
Marianne Perkovic, one of Australia's top corporate financial leaders, has been appointed to the Workday APAC IAB as its inaugural member. Marianne brings a wealth of experience in senior executive and leadership roles with organisations such as the Commonwealth Bank, KPMG Australia and Insignia Financial, and as Chair of the Australian Fashion Council.
