Luke Bebbington

Luke Bebbington is a finance leader with global experience in strategy, transformation, and operational execution. He has led large-scale transformation programmes and now helps financial services organisations modernise and grow with Workday. 

Since joining Workday in 2022, Luke has shaped go-to-market strategy, product direction, and customer success for financial services across Asia Pacific.

Before Workday, Luke was based in London, where he served as Finance Director at Man Group (a global hedge fund), Lloyds Banking Group, and Global Media. He began his career with PwC and ANZ Bank in New Zealand.

Luke is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
