As a results-driven technology leader, Sarah executes high performance-based strategies, cultivates top-tier talent, and instills customer-centric practices. Her work focuses on building relationships across the continuum by using technology to advance teammate engagement and productivity.
Sarah has built and coordinated award-winning teams of technology experts, strategic business partners, physicians, and clinicians, which has enabled her to repeatedly deliver programs, services, and tailored solutions in the healthcare setting.
Sarah began her healthcare career at University Medical Center in Las Vegas followed by 10 years with the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). In her tenure with HCA, culminating in a division CIO position, Sarah led IT delivery in a shared service model and developed scalable operational programs.
Sarah is a member of CHIME as a certified healthcare CIO (CHCIO), faculty member, media liaison, and fellow. She is also host of the Southern California Chapter of HIMSS podcast, a volunteer board member with the Los Angeles Children’s Bureau, a certified professional coach, and recently completed a certification in healthcare administration with UCLA Extension.
