Cinzia Bazzo

Cinzia Bazzo is Workday Canada's Country Leader.

Cinzia focusses on helping Canadian businesses of all industries and sizes grow by making data accessible, allowing them to tackle business problems, seize opportunities and reduce complexity. She comes to Workday for her second tour of duty after spending 6 successful years at Salesforce in various capacities — including most recently Canada’s country leader for the industry leading service platform; Service Cloud. Prior to this she held various management positions at top tier technology companies such as Oracle, Infor and SAP. Bazzo is passionate about supporting the Canadian tech sector, and champions diversity and inclusion, innovation and Canadian organizations competing on a global scale. She believes in giving back to Canadian businesses and spends a lot of her personal time mentoring, advising start-up tech companies as Board Advisor. Additionally, Cinzia is an Executive-in-Residence for the University of Western, Ivey program where she works with future leaders and a Member of the Canadian Council of Business where she is engaged in providing insights, policy recommendations and analysis across a broad range of economic and social issues that affect Canadians.

Cinzia holds a financial management certificate from Cornell University, a mini Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University, and bachelor’s degree in business administration from York University.
