Adam Godson is general manager, talent acquisition products. He drives strategy, innovation, and execution in the product and technology organization at Workday, where he leads the AI-powered product suite of Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore to deliver world-class outcomes for customers.
Prior to Workday’s acquisition of Paradox, Adam served as CEO, president, and chief product officer, guiding Paradox’s award-winning solutions to serve some of the world’s best companies. He also spent years as CTO of Cielo, designing global technology-driven recruiting solutions for some of the world’s largest organizations.
