Donna Kaptain

Donna Kaptain is senior vice president of human resources at Sony Electronics, Inc.

In her role, Donna is responsible for human resources business support activities and human resources systems platform and service relationships.

Donna joined Sony in December 2004 with extensive experience in HR with a specialization in both U.S. and international markets. She has been an integral member of executive teams driving bottom-line success through HR programs and initiatives. Prior to joining Sony, Donna was vice president, HR for Callaway Golf Company. Her HR background, coupled with her strong business experience in mergers and acquisitions, organizational development, change management, and the development and implementation of corporate strategies, has allowed her to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions that facilitate company objectives.

Donna has served in the community as a member of the San Diego Workforce Investment Board, focusing on funding and policy for the labor market in San Diego. She has also served on the board of the Callaway Golf Foundation and was a member of the California State San Marcos University Advisory Committee. She received her bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Redlands in California.
