Josh Tarr

Josh Tarr is director of skills-based organisation at Workday. He spearheads Workday's transformation into a skills-based organisation, driving strategic initiatives that empower both Workday and its customers to maximise workforce potential.

Leveraging a robust background in HR leadership, Josh previously directed transformative talent practices at Red Ventures as vice president of people operations, leading talent management, HR business partner, talent acquisition, and M&A integration during his tenure. He also held key HR leadership roles at Family Dollar.

Josh brings expertise grounded in a master of organisation leadership degree from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor of science degree in psychology with a concentration in Leadership Studies from James Madison University.
