Karen Minicozzi

Karen Minicozzi is vice president, presales at Workday. She is responsible for the design and delivery of Workday’s applications globally including Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning.

Karen joined Workday in 2007 and has held various leadership roles across the organization in sales, services and products. Prior to Workday, Karen worked in human resource (HR) software sales at PeopleSoft and SAP, and spent more than 15 years as an HR practitioner for the United States Federal Government.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian studies and psychology from the University of Virginia.
