Prior to joining Workday, he was vice president of strategy, research, content, and product incubation at HiredScore. Ernest previously served as vice president of global HR strategy, people analytics, and technology at Salesforce.
Ernest holds a Ph.D. in applied psychology with a focus on innovation and creativity within cultures and organizations, and is an adjunct associate professor of human resource management at the University of Southern California.
