Nicole Helmer
Nicole Helmer is Vice President of Talent Management & Insights at Workday, focusing on how enterprises plan their workforce and understand the skills within it. She studies workforce planning, skills intelligence, and the role of AI in talent decisions, work she calls building a world model of work. She was previously Chief Product Officer at Degreed and before that, led Learning, Development and Skills transformation at SAP.
Nicole holds a master’s in data science from the Institute for Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State, and bachelor’s in business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband and two daughters.
