Carolyn Horne

Carolyn Horne is senior EMEA vice president, strategic customer engagements. She's previously served as the president of EMEA at Workday and as regional vice president for the NEZA (UK&I, Nordics and South Africa) region.

Prior to joining Workday, Carolyn held leadership positions in several other technology companies. At SAP, she rose to become chief operating officer for UK&I.

As a senior leader within Workday, Carolyn is passionate about diversity in the workplace and champions initiatives focused on providing the opportunities, mentorship, and career development of women in the IT industry.
