As a founding member of Workday’s People Analytics function when he joined the company in 2017, his team is focused on helping Workday make better people decisions through analytics, research, employee listening, employee programs, and strategic workforce planning. Under Phil’s leadership, People Analytics has played a pivotal role in vastly scaling Workday’s global workforce while upholding the company’s core values and building high-performing teams.
Prior to Workday, Phil held roles as a leadership consultant to global Fortune 100 companies. Earlier in his career, he served as an advanced analytics instructor for the U.S. Defense Department and U.S. Intelligence Community.
