Chris Fedrow

Chris Fedrow is chief integrity and compliance officer at Workday, leveraging two decades of experience in ethics, compliance, and corporate governance. Under Chris’s tenure, Workday has been recognized as a multiyear honoree of the World’s Most Ethical Companies award by Ethisphere. Chris is also co-executive sponsor of Women at Workday.

Prior to Workday, Chris held senior roles at several leading companies, including executive director of ethics and compliance at Verizon Media and Yahoo. Chris is the founder of the High Tech Compliance Group, an industry benchmarking organization for in-house compliance and ethics professionals.

Chris holds a master’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University and a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from California State University, Chico.
