Dean Arnold

Dean Arnold serves as vice president of AI Platform at Workday, leading the platform organization that builds essential AI and machine learning capabilities across the unified finance and HR cloud. He defines strategy for agentic human-digital workforce collaboration and scales the Open Agent Ecosystem with partners. This work aligns with Workday's pivot to AI-enabled experiences that differentiate the platform and demonstrate value to customers.

Previously, he led the Agent System of Record, and guided Workday Extend as VP and chief architect after roles in integration and collaboration architecture. His tenure reflects consistent delivery of scalable systems and ecosystem growth overall.

Dean holds an honors bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Surrey.
