Harry West

Harry West is the vice president of HCM transformation services at Appirio, a Workday services partner. Harry focuses on defining and delivering new services that help clients succeed in creating amazing worker experiences using Workday and other cloud technologies.

Harry has over 20 years of experience as a human capital management technology professional. He was a managing consultant in the HCM strategy practice at Appirio and at Knowledge Infusion, advising firms around the world on how to get the most out of their workforces through better alignment of people, processes, and technology.  Harry was also a leader in the product management organization at SAP for over 15 years, where he led the introduction of new solutions for managing people and talent for users of the SAP Business Suite.

Harry holds a Master of Business Administration degree in technology management from University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in international language/business from University of Scranton.
