Jamie MacKinlay

Jamie MacKinlay is a data scientist on Workday's talent data science team. His work spans thought leadership, value realization, and product insight and advisory, leveraging advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making across employee experience, talent acquisition, and talent optimization.

Prior to joining Workday in 2023, Jamie earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in data science from the University of Manchester; he specialized in business analytics with a focus on applied statistics, machine learning, and natural language processing.
