Chief Product Officer
Read BioDavid Somers is the chief product officer at Workday, responsible for leading product development and strategy across Workday’s product portfolio. He previously served as group general manager of product for the office of the CHRO, setting the vision and development for Workday Human Capital Management suite of products.
David joined Workday in 2018 after the acquisition of Rallyteam, a company he co-founded and led as CEO. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, SaaS, and consulting, including holding leadership roles at Replicon, Cornerstone OnDemand, Ariba, The Walt Disney Company, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
David earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
