Ernest Ng
Ernest Ng is senior principal, product strategy at Workday, helping to lead the integration of responsible AI into business practices and processes. He also leads thought leadership around the future of organizations, systems, and work.
Ernest joined Workday with the acquisition of HiredScore, a Workday company, which specializes in responsible AI for human resources (HR). Prior to joining Workday, he was vice president of strategy, research, content, and product incubation at HiredScore. Ernest previously served as vice president of global HR strategy, people analytics, and technology at Salesforce.
Ernest holds a Ph.D. in applied psychology with a focus on innovation and creativity within cultures and organizations, and is an adjunct associate professor of human resource management at the University of Southern California.
