Greta Stahl

Greta Stahl is Vice President, Organizational Learning & Development at Workday. She’s responsible for leading enterprise-wide learning that equips employees to perform, grow, and adapt as Workday expands AI capabilities and scales globally. Previously, she served as Senior Director for Employee Life & Site Leadership at Workday, overseeing programs to build culture and engagement across Workday’s global offices.

Before joining Workday, Greta served as a Sr. Content Developer at Duarte Inc, developing keynote speeches, presentations, and training content. Greta also served as Director of Debate at Michigan State University where she helped lead her team to a national debate championship.

Greta holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford, and a bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Michigan State University.
