The use of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and other intelligent technologies is radically changing how work gets done. From increasing the speed and quality of decisions to allowing for analysis of vast amounts of data, organizations are working on how to best deploy these new technologies. And like any new technology, AI and ML bring a new set of questions around the best ways to use them. Among them are questions of privacy, ethics, and regulation.
Earlier this year, Amie Stepanovich, executive director, Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado, Boulder sat down with Jim Shaughnessy, executive vice president of Corporate Affairs, Workday, to discuss how AI is changing business and how organizations should tackle these new questions.
