Josh Bersin

Josh Bersin is an industry analyst, author, and thought leader focused on HR, talent, and the future of work. He founded Bersin & Associates in 2001, building it into a leading HR research and advisory firm before selling it to Deloitte in 2012. While at Deloitte, he authored the influential Human Capital Trends report and developed the "Simply Irresistible" employee engagement model. He later founded the Josh Bersin Academy, and is today the CEO of The Josh Bersin Company, which offers research, advisory services, and Galileo® Suite. Bersin holds engineering degrees from Cornell and Stanford and an MBA from UC Berkeley. He is the bestselling author of Irresistible, and continues to advocate for the strategic importance of HR.
